My session will offer you, the tools and support to navigate the dynamics of your relationships, to empower you to have the necessary conversations that bring you closer together. As we encourage each other to speak their truths, to learn more about yourselves and each other, so you can grow individually stronger to, to there for be stronger together. We get curious about what you want the relationships to look like and how you can achieve that. We will work together to recognize what you want your relationship to look like (with yourself\ partner). We will have some great conversations, that offer us insight, perspective and guidance on what works best for YOU, so you can achieve the outcome you desire.
If the thought of talking about your sex life makes you immediately want to click off, that is OK, take a deep breath. Often, the focus is not on the actual sex techniques (unless you want it to be), but more around all the things that support the sex part of a relationship. We only talk about what you’re comfortable with, ensuring it’s within the confines of our confidentiality agreement, I create a safe space where you can express and discuss judgement free, safely.
All relationships require work and effort, in order to grow and evolve, including the relationship you have with yourself.
This is YOUR journey, and we will explore it in the way that’s best suited to you and your relationship. There is no blueprint or secret short cut I can offer you; this is a journey we take together to discover and create your unique blueprint that fits your relationship (with self or other) just right. I use a future-focused process that taps into your deepest desires to reach your ideal outcome. We won’t spend our time together rehashing the past struggles (That’s not my ethical boundary, as I am not a therapist), once we have established what isn’t working, we shift all focus on finding what WILL work for you and how to make it better in the future.
So, lets loosen up those restraints, because we’re about to start a journey of exploration. We’re going to overcome obstacles, deepen your self-awareness, and get to grips with what you need to do, to get to where you want to be.
